How is Dupper different from other service marketplaces?
Most platforms connect you with strangers and rely on anonymous reviews. Dupper shows you service providers recommended by people in your network first. We're not just a marketplace; we're a "Software as a Community" that grows stronger with each trusted connection.
What are Smart Links?
Smart Links are personalized digital service cards for providers. They can be shared anywhere-social media, messaging apps, or email signatures. When someone clicks a Smart Link, they can book services, make payments, read reviews, and see which Servlists include that provider.
What are Servlists?
Servlists are curated collections of service providers for specific needs—similar to playlists, but for services. You might create a "Home Renovation Team" Servlist with your trusted plumber, electrician, and painter, or a "Moving to Miami" Servlist to help friends relocating. These can be shared with anyone in your network.
How do I earn rewards on Dupper?
When someone books a service based on your recommendation, you earn rewards. The system tracks these connections through our trust network. Rewards vary based on the service value, but the principle is simple: good recommendations benefit everyone, including you.
Is Dupper free to use?
Dupper is free to join and explore. We take a commission on completed bookings and offer subscription tools for providers.
How does Dupper verify service providers?
Providers on Dupper build reputation through verified bookings and recommendations. The strength of our trust network means that providers with strong recommendations rise to the top naturally. We also have basic verification steps during registration.
Can I use Dupper if I don't know anyone on the platform yet?
Absolutely! You can still discover providers through our general search. As you connect with friends who join Dupper, you'll start seeing their recommendations. You can also browse public Servlists created by other users.
